Kudzai is a former banker who is the founder and current Chief Empowerment Officer at Investor Saint Private Limited. She also co-founded iZone Hub and is its' Incubation manager. She was Muzinda Hub's manager and before that, an Economic Development Specialist at the Zimbabwe Youth Council where she piloted the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Program as Project Manager, Lead Trainer and Business Incubation Manager. Kudzai also worked for Kingdom Financial Holdings Limited as a Corporate Finance Analyst and Investment Analyst. Before her stint at Kingdom she was a Corporate Analyst for MBCA Advisory Services and was a graduate trainee at MBCA Bank Limited.

Kudzai Margaret Mubaiwa is an experienced Economic Development Professional who has worked in this capacity in private sector, government and non-governmental organizations where she has provided business analyst, research, reporting, and capacity building services over the past fifteen years. She has experience in investment banking, credit processes, enterprise development, business incubation, financial literacy, capital raising, digital literacy, start-ups, microfinance, and related issues. Her areas of expertise include project management, documentation, financial modelling, research, training and facilitation on small scale enterprise development. Kudzai is a good team player who is passionate about economic development, leveraging the opportunity of the internet.
She graduated with a BComm Banking and Finance from National University of Science and Technology. She also holds a MSc Development Finance from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
She is married to Alexio Mubaiwa and has two children.
